Skins Pick Up Another W 4-1

Skins had me a little worried this afternoon; goin down 14 to zip in the first quarter. But have no fear, Jim Zorn is here!
After the first five games this season there is no doubt in my mind that Jim is what we needed. So long have the Redskins in the past played not to lose. So long have we been bottled up playing extremely conservative. So long have we been without an O Line! But now the organization seems to get it. YOU CAN'T WIN IF YOU DON'T PUT POINTS ON THE BOARD! Zorn get's it.
Everyone seems to want to play now. Again Jason Cambell is lighting it up out there. He looks like a veteran quarterback. Patient in the pocket, checking down, reading the defense, something Mark Brunell couldn't seem to get. Clinton Portis runs confidently now knowing that his blockers are showing up to work too. The receivers run crisp routes, knowing that J will have enough time to get them the ball. And there seems to be a sense of pride in being a Redskin again even the rookies are making plays. The little things are what win ball games.

But back to today's game a little trickery put us back in the game early (I love Randel El! :) ). Mixing up the play calls, and a stellar defensive front make up kept the ball in our offenses hands.
O and I'd like to thank the least respected players on the field the Offensive Line. They get down and dirty on each and every play, they get beat up, stepped on, fouled, and every other thing you could think off in there and yet, they and don't complain about the ball not being thrown to them.
That's why Carlos Rogers sucks so much he plays with his eyes closed.

And sorry for the lack of posts, i have a life i must attend to. I enjoy updating this blog and the fact that people actually view it but school, work, and other responsibilities come first. I learned that the hard way!
