DALLAS (AP)—A Dallas police officer who detained an NFL player in a hospital parking lot while the player’s mother-in-law was dying inside has resigned. An attorney for Officer Robert Powell said Powell resigned Wednesday over the March 18 incident in which he drew his gun and threatened Houston Texans running back Ryan Moats.
Powell stopped Moats’ SUV in the Plano parking lot after the vehicle rolled through a red light. Moats’ wife, Tamishia, and other relatives were also in the car.
Moats’ mother-in-law died while Powell was ticketing and lecturing him. Powell later issued an apology, which Moats accepted.
The resignation was first reported by Dallas-Fort Worth television station KTVT.

Today the third Gears of War 2 Map Pack was released to the public for their enjoyment. As the title states all the included maps have a snowy feel to them, even the fan favorite from the OG Gears "Fuel Depot" woth it snowy decor giving it a subtle feel, a little less menacing. Fuel DepotI think I will be waiting a while for these as I spent $10 for the previous maps and played on the maybe a dozens times the first week they were released.

Researchers have found that those who frequently play shooting video games or games with a lot of action tended to have better detection in movement and enhanced contrast detection in their eyesight. So next time I won't feel bad about playing Gears for 6 hours straight, I'll just be training my eyes for the future.

(5) Loud Sigh: This is actually a not word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to # 3 for the meaning of nothing)
(6) That’s Okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That’s okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.
(7) Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question or faint. Just say you’re welcome. (I want to add a clause here - This is true, unless she says ‘Thanks a lot’ - that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say “you’re welcome.” That will bring on a “whatever”
(8) Whatever: Is a woman’s way of saying you are in big trouble.
(9) Don’t worry about it, I got it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking ‘What’s wrong?’ For the woman’s response refer to #3
