I swear Wale has stepped up his game and is showin the world what D.C. has to offer. Oh yeah Young Chris is pretty good too. Lately Wale has been speaking his mind about the industry and his life, how he didn't live the street life, and how the internet is hurting the game.
You remember Wale's Nike Boots right? Well Wale will be filming the video at Howard University for Homecoming next week (Oct. 17)with a specific location on Wed night as listed in the above image. So if you live in the DMV area and you're interested in being part of Wale's video come on out.
Ever since that Pineapple Express trailer M.I.A. has gone from unknown to superstar. She's got all the Hip-Hop artists crawling all over her beats(yeah she makes some of em' herself). I bought her second album last year when it came out but it seems people are just catching on a whole year later. It's not hard to understand why Interscope is re-releasing her album Kala (named after her mother. Her 1st album Arular was named after her father)with "Boyz" as the single. She's already racked up 350k in sale so far and is expected to do another 500k with the re-release. More props to her. Which remix ya'll like better? I personally prefer the Wale joint, of course I'm a little biased though

I saw this internet ad just a couple of minutes ago with Wale on it. It wasn't one of those fake Ass adds it was one of those legit professional ads. Well, apparently Wale has his own style of Levi's (501's)now. Pretty cool to see people from the area doing BIG things!
